Chongning chongbao was made in the reign of Chongning of Huizong in the Northern Song Dynasty (1102-1106 AD)。 The coins are made of copper, iron and silver。 Chongning chongbao is a large coin made of bronze and iron in Li script。 It is well made and has a long history。 Chongning heavy treasure Qian Wen Li Shu, simple and upright, rigorous and solemn, law fixed。 Some people think that Chongning chongbao Qian Wen was also written by Huizong。 Another saying is that its face writing was written by Cai Jing, but there is no definite conclusion in history。

The currency of Chongning Tongbao has certain historical significance。 This type of currency was cast between 1082 and 1135 by Zhao Ji, Emperor Weizong of the Song Dynasty。 It experienced a large-scale peasant uprising and was relatively in a turbulent period。 Although Huizong was not a good politician, he was an excellent artist。 It is a new creation to use thin gold typeface in currency for the first time。 At the same time, the thickness of bronze is more important than in the past。 Because the reform of such a kind of material has certain historical significance, naturally its value is rising。

The time of currency circulation is relatively short, the quantity on the market is extremely limited, and the quantity unearthed naturally will be relatively rare。 In the collection market, the less the quantity of goods, the higher their value。 This is an inevitable phenomenon。 With the development of history, many ancient coins were buried underground, and suffered from environmental erosion, resulting in varying degrees of damage。 Compared with the complete currency, its value is discounted。 At the same time, the ancient coins of different periods have different production techniques, especially the aesthetic of that time, which is of great significance to the study of history。
