白菜

一棵白菜長園前，

清白分明綠葉繁，

摘得做成餐桌菜，

不知煎煮還燉鮮。

Chinese cabbage

A cabbage grow in the front garden，

THe colors of blue and white of the cabbage is clearly，the green leaves is lush，

Pick up the cabbage and make it delicacy on the table，

I don‘t know if the boiled cabbages is good or the stewed is good。

感想一二：

白菜好吃不貴，人所共知，幾乎家家都離不開白菜。白菜是百姓餐桌上的家常菜，無可置疑。

上至國宴，下至普通餐桌，幾乎總有他們的身影。尤其人更愛白菜。煎炒烹炸，燉煮生拌，花樣繁多。

白菜營養豐富，無可厚非，這也就是它為什麼能上百姓餐桌的原因。

白菜四季皆可食用，而且，它是百搭菜，無論豆腐，肉，魚等等都可以和白菜搭配。

美味不貴實惠，這就是白菜成為白菜之王的本事。
